How do I make the Gut Buster Blueberry cake mix?
Just add 1 egg white, unsweetened applesauce, and a splash of milk! Mix batter in a tupperware container and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes for a delicious cake that won't get in the way of your goals!
What size pan should I use?
Here are some options: 32oz meal prep container (5x8x2), 4 or 5 regular sized cupcakes, 10 mini cupcakes, or 2 mixes to make a small loaf of bread.
