How do I make the Gut Buster Blueberry cake mix?

Just add 1 egg white, unsweetened applesauce, and a splash of milk! Mix batter in a tupperware container and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes for a delicious cake that won't get in the way of your goals!

What size pan should I use?

Here are some options: 32oz meal prep container (5x8x2), 4 or 5 regular sized cupcakes, 10 mini cupcakes, or 2 mixes to make a small loaf of bread.

Do I need to refrigerate the cakes once they are made?

Yes. Since we created a mix free of preservatives and other gross additives, we recommend keeping the cakes covered and refrigerated once they are make. They stay good in the fridge for up to 5 days!

How much cake does one package make?

One package makes one large 5x8 cake (depending on container size). It's a large serving that can easily be splint into two meal, but who on earth would only eat half a cake especially when it is under 300 calories?

What is the shelf life?

Each package has a "best buy" date listed on the back for your convenience. A general rule of thumb is about 6 months.
